When we try and fail,… it is a positive! 🙌 Most times people don't even try.
A way we can start to better deal with our fears is by creating a secure, and positive state of mind, which starts by thinking and feeling - "It will be OK". By doing that it will become real, and shortly we move back into a secure state of mind.
