DIFFERENT GENERATIONS WORKING TOGETHER
With the evident and positive advancement of science, lon gevity is one of the main trends of this century. However, the structures and resources of organizations are not yet aligned with this trend of the greater longevity of their teams. Human Resources and ED&l of companies need to include this important topic on their agenda for senior executives discussions, and also for reengineering the benefits they offer to their employees. This is not only regarding the older ones, but also it is a greater opportunity for inclusion and development of the younger ones starting their professional activities in companies I’ve posted before about bstory that is an inspirational movement in S.Paulo, Brazil regarding that important subject matter.
