How often do you practice gratitude?

People aren’t hardwired to be grateful. Like any skill, gratitude requires practice. However, gratitude should be a daily practice, because it is the best atitude…and it generates contagious happiness!

We should show gratitude and be thankful to anyone around us. Our expressions of gratitude solidify our relationships because they mean we care about others.

Dr. Robert Emmons, PhD, in his book " Thanks! How Practicing Gratitude Can Make You Happier " says -"Gratitude puts situations into perspective, helps us realize what we have, strengthens relationships, improves health, reduces stress, and, in general, makes us happier."
