Success and The Iceberg Illusion
Perception of reality is never the same for everyone. It differs from person to person. We do not see the world as it is, but rather we see it based on our values, life experiences and expectations.
Each one of us perceive differently why some people have succeeded while others struggle to find success.
We usually take as signs of success what is external and visible:
confidence, power, wealth, beauty, relationships... and more. However, for a more complete perception, we should think about what we do not see on the path to success.
In my opinion, in most cases success is the outcome of some or all of these hidden pieces we do not see.
