International HR Day - May 20th

 Today, we celebrate the International HR Day. I fell very grateful amd proud for choosing HR as my carrer path when I started as an intern in 1976 at the Dow Chemical affiliate in Salvador, Bahia.

Throughout these years I have learned that the high contribution of HR professionals come from taking effective actions for supprting and developing people knowledge, skills, wellness… and more, advising and supporting business on the continuous development of the organization, using people management and organizational design and development best practices.

In my opinion, for an effective HR mananagement there are three fundamental priorities: ✨QUALITY, ✨AGILITY and ✨IMPACT. 

Last but not least …the H (human) of HR professionals should aleays come first!
