Making the most of our HOBBIES

 


“Hobbies are great distractions from the worries and troubles that plague daily living” - Bill Malone.

 Having a hobby that we enjoy is a great way to reduce our stress, and to become more productive and creative. A variaty of hobbies related to sports, crafts, arts, music etc. can be an excellent way to relax, live the present, get in touch with people and to express our talents. 

By dedicating some of our leisure time for performing some hobby, we renew our energy and we gain more strength for facing the challenges we have in our work and in our lives.

During part of my weekends and holidays I paint my “inner gardens”. These photos show some of my paintings (acrylic on canvas).
