The Value of Having a Continuous Learning Attitude
With our daily continuos learning attitude and actions, we can make a big difference in developing ourselves and in transforming our organization into a successful CONTINUOUS LEARNING ORGANIZATION.
We should find ways to reinforce the importance of coaching, training and development in our organizations. It gets started with our own attitude. There are simple actions we can take for promoting and rewarding learning:
- Recognize people who develop themselves and developmothers.
- Show by our own example, that we are personally engaged in development actions . We are developing ourselves and helping others to develop themselves.
- Get engaged in initiatives that promote learning from each other and from external sources.
Vernon Howard said: "Always walk through life as if you have something new to learn and you will."
