The Power of our Silence
Marcus Tullius Cicero (106 BC- 43 BC) said - “Silence is one of the great arts of conversation."
"A meaningful silence is always better than a meaningless word." - This inspirational thought by an unknown author tells us that we can and should use meaningful silence in our conversation.
When we want to stop or change the path of a conversation, we can calm the conversation with some silence. However, some people feel uncomfortable when others are quiet - If they maintain silence for too long, it will bother them…for mitigating that, we can complement our silence with a smile! 😀
