Fear is a natural feeling. It is an effect of our insecure state of mind, when for some reason we think that something won't be OK 👎.
A way we can start to better deal with our fears is by creating a secure, and positive state of mind, which starts by thinking and feeling that it will be OK 👍. By doing that, it will become real and shortly we can move back into a secure state of mind.
