 Our energy is placed where our attention is focused on. 

We all know that thinking, feeling and doing consume energy. However, if we do not develop a conscious control of our thoughts, feelings and actions, we partially or completely waste the energy that could be transformed into concrete actions. We are the only ones who can make our own thoughts, feelings, habits and actions become more positive.

Transforming our THOUGHTS: It is not enough to pay attention to the volume of thoughts. Indeed, it is more important to pay attention to the quality of our thoughts. Positive thoughts refill our energy, while negative thoughts not only empty our energy but also attract negativity to our lives.

Transforming our FEELINGS: Positive feelings recharge our energy, and give us the needed strength to perform our projects and overcome difficulties and problems. Many people get stuck, do not move forward with their lives, because they focus on negative feelings. Negative feelings make our energy run out, and our lives lose direction.

Transforming our HABITS and ACTIONS: Our busy daily routines make us leave behind and not prioritize some important and basic aspects of our health and well-being. Our effort to develop healthy habits fills up our lives with positive energy, and consequently reduces the bad impact of any negative or unbalanced energy. .

I believe that if we try to make our thoughts, feelings, habits and actions more positive, we will certainly improve our quality of life. We must live intensively our today, because it is only our today that matters for building our future. If we focus on our past, or if we passively dream about our future, we will loose grasp of the great opportunity to better manage our today.
