Knowing & Understanding Our Customers
Knowing and understanding our customers are key success factors for our organization.
Customers need products and/or services that attend their needs. Organizations should develop, and implement the best solutions on quality, cost, logistics, design, etc., that would meet their customers' needs.
Some departments within an organization may have different views on what to propose in order to attend their customers' needs. However, if the different departments don't work together as a team, they may come to solutions based on functional perspectives, instead of the ones customers' really need.
