Meditation Using Inspirational Images




On a broader scope, meditation is a state of calmness and interiorization, that can be obtained through different methods. 

To meditate we need to retrain our attention, whether through concentration or mindfulness. 

The visualization of an inspiring image is a technique we can use to meditate. For such practice, we just need to look at an inspirational image of our choice, concentrate on it, and interiorize that image, bringing it to our mind.

It creates a relaxed environment that will help us to meditate.
