Strategy + Culture for Business Success

Peter Drucker famously said:  “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.”

Over years that "culture versus strategy" image has become a debate with different viewpoints.

If we think about the meaning behind Drucker's quote, most people agree and understand its meaning as - no matter how good the strategy is, if the culture in our organization is not considered to support that strategy, it will not come to work. In other words... we should not underestimate the power of culture in our new strategies.

We should not choose between STRATEGY and CULTURE because they really must work hand-in-hand. We also should not underestimate the power of our team's culture. Any strategy to go forward needs to be supported by our team.
