Aprendendo com os outros - Learning with others

Na semana passada almocei no Viena Express do Galeria Shopping em Campinas - São Paulo.

Logo que cheguei, percebi algo diferente. O gerente deste restaurante tinha uma atitude diferenciada na atenção aos seus clientes. Antes de sair me aproximei dele, e elogiei pela forma como ele desempenha o seu trabalho. Ele agradeceu e disse uma frase que anotei para compartilhar neste blog:

"Eu saio de casa para o trabalho com o proposito de voltar para casa feliz."-Sr. Alberto.

O que você acha... você pode fazer o mesmo?

Translation: Last week I had lunch at Viena (a local food court venue) at the Galeria Shopping Mall in Campinas - São Paulo.

As soon as I arrived there, I noticed something different . The Manager of this restaurant had a special customer satisfaction attitude. Before leaving the retaurant I appraached him to say how much I appreciated the way he performs his job. He thanked, and said a quote, I took a note to share it in this blog:

"I leave my home and go to work with the purpose of returning happy to my home."- Mr. Alberto.
