Ronaldo, Congratulations for opening this blog aiming to discuss PEOPLEWARE. That is the most important factor, in my opinion, for any organization. Unfortunately, many organizations do not "Walk the Talk". In my opinion, the main issue is lack of Leadership. Big companies are very good in creating systems, and in enforcing them through COMPLIANCE, however they are very poor in developing leaders.
