Changing… and changing again…


When a new year begins, we feel that we need to make changes in our life. We feel inspired and hopeful for making new plans and new resolutions, and we also decide to say goodbye to some old habits.

We always need to evaluate the direction of each change we want to make. Ellen Glasgow once quoted "All change is not growth, as all movement is not forward".

4) Help others to change by offering to them positive ideas, advises, coaching, mentoring, etc.

5) Sustain the change until you need to change again...and keep changing!
