About listening and speaking…

 

Our biggest communication problem is when we do not listen to understand… but rather to reply.

Active listening means fully concentrating on what is being said rather than just passively hearing the message of the speaker. It is a skill that can be acquired and developed with practice.  

Active listening involves listening with all senses, giving full attention to whom is speaking.
