Crisis Management - Covid 19

This photo has been first shared by doctors dealing with COVID -19 preventive actions in Greece.

While going through all these COVID-19 challenges, it reminded me that once I heard a definition of CHANGE, which one I really liked: "Change is something about endings, but also about beginnings, when old patterns vanish and new ones emerge." - Unknown author.

In any kind of CHANGE or CRISIS, fostering and building understanding, resilience and flexibility is really very critical. In these moments stress levels rise, and people move through these challenging moments different ways and at different speeds, because each individual is essentially different from all others.
