The Power of The Pronoun WE...

The pronoun switching from the singular “I” to the plural “WE” is always a positive signal to others.

The use of  WE is more inclusive. It brings everyone into the same group, creating a welcoming environment in which others feel they are included. 

Such small change of pronoun also makes us more aware of the needs of others, because it helps us to shift our perspective from self-focused to others-focused. It means that we consider and appreciate the feelings and thoughts of others.

When "I" is replaced by "WE", even "ILLNEES" becomes"WELLNESS"
