 It is important that we understand our own cultural approach and understand the approach of other cultures. There area certain "cultural style" which may seem as not easy to understand, but they are really natural to people from other nationalities.
 
Cultural understanding is indispensable for people who live and work abroad in organizations with multicultural settings.We should have enough knowledge about cultural differences to better understand the "diversity of thoughts" expressed by our colleagues from different cultural backgrounds. 
  
 Last but not least... we need to keep an "inclusive mind" at all times!
