What Good Leaders do?

I have observed that leaders who are consistently mentioned as role models are the ones who recognize the strengths of others and help them in using and developing their strengths.

Good leaders inspire people to DREAM more, LEARN and to DO more, recognizing and supporting them as professionals and as individuals.
