About MOTIVATION...

Those who succeed are moved by their strong desire or need to look out new things.  

Motivation may be inspired by events in the external environment, or by some physiological drives. However,  independent of any inspirational or triggering  source, it is intrinsic... it happens a different way, inside each one of us.
