Work-Life Balance: Hobbies


A lot has been written, and said about the importance of balancing our work and leisure activities!!! 



Having a hobby that we enjoy is a great way to reduce our stress, and to become more productive and creative. Hobbies such as sports, arts, crafts, etc. can be an excellent way to take our focus off of our daily work stress, helping us to better live the present, to get in touch, and to express our talents. By dedicating some of our leisure time for performing some hobby, we renew our energy, and we gain more strength for facing the challenges we have in our work and in our lives.

During my weekends I spend some time painting. To me art is a great hobby! What about you?
