Impact of saying a HALF, PARTIAL TRUTH 🔍

 


This quote attributed to Benjamin Franklin,  highlights that a partial truth , most times, hides key information, and therefore it impacts and misleads our complete understanding of a fact. 


Mark Twain has also written a related sentiment regarding partial truth - "A half truth is the most cowardly of lies."


Partial truth misleads our understanding of the fact, as a whole…because:


🔍Important details sometimes were left out.


🔎 We may form a false conclusions base on limited data.


🔍Broken trust may happens once the full story comes out.


Last but not least, my conclusion is: “WHOLE TRUTH IS ALWAYS THE HEIGHT OF DUTY.” ✨
