Life is change and change means life...



Most times we resist to change because we innerly focus on the aspects of uncertainty...if a change will result as somerhing positive or negative.

 F. Jon Reh once said - “Managing change means managing people's fear. Change is natural and good, but people's reaction to change is unpredictable and irrational. It can be managed if done right." 

Organizations can reduce resistance to change of their people, by celebrating every little success of individuals and teams, and being more tolerant to their mistakes and failures.
