Most people are looking for happiness and peace in the wrong moment and at the wrong place, when we can find it while we meditate. Meditation is the best direct experience of PEACE!

Not everyone believes in the power of meditation. However, many reliable researches have concluded that meditation, if consistently and correctly pacticed, helps to increase our concentration and to reduces our stress and anxiety. In other words ... meditation practices help to promote an inner peace of mind.

Meditation doesn't require a big time commitment and we can keep it simple and easy. What matters most is to make it part of our daily routine, finding a few minutes to meditate regularly. The best time for meditating will be different for different people. I prefer to start my day with a few minutes meditation because it is when my mind is fresher. Some people prefer to meditate when they get back home at the end of a busy day. Others like to take some time in the middle of the day to get recharged for the rest of the day. Meditation can happen at any time, what really matters most is what we hope to get out of it.
