Diversity & Inclusion - Happy Holidays!

This Christmas tree illustration done by Yoyo Maeght is very inspirational.  It shows how a Christmas tree could be presented by great artists based on their different painting styles.

It is important that we understand the perspective and approach of other cultures. There are cultural differences that are not easy to understand when we observe the different perspectives of a same theme.

  We should develop ou  knowledge and understanding about cultural differences to better understand the "diversity of thoughts" expressed by people from different cultural backgrounds.  

   Last but not least... we need to keep an "inclusive mind" at all times!
