Dealing with FEAR a positive way…


Fear is natural and instinctive. We all fear different things due to different reasons. However, most times we have choices on how we will deal with this often disconcerting feeling. 

Feelings of fear come from our personal perceptions and expectations. It has to do with our ability to imagine how we can deal with unexpected or unknown situations or circumstances.

Fear really becomes an issue when we can't monitor it and find a good way to deal with it. No matter what challenges life gives us, we should wisely choose how to respond to them a positive way!
