Enjoy Your Hobbies!

 

Having a hobby is a great way to reduce stress, and to become more productive and creative. By dedicating some of our leisure time for performing a hobby, we renew our energy and we gain more strength for facing the challenges we have in our lives.


Hobbies such as sports, arts, crafts, cooking, gardening, reading, listening to music or playing a musical instrument etc. can be an excellent way to take our focus off from our daily stress, helping us to better live the present by fully expressing our talents.

My favorite hobby is painting gardens and landscapes on canvas. These are some of my most recent paintings.
