Happiness is a state of mind expressed as an attitude towards life!

We can try to pursue more happiness by fostering positive emotions, such as empathy, serenity, and specially gratitude.

Authors Rick Foster and Greg Hicks in their book -The 9 Choices of Extremely Happy People, say - "Intention is the active desire and commitment to be happy. It's the decision to consciously choose attitudes and behaviors that lead to happiness over unhappiness."
