Values drive our behaviors!

The core values of any organization are foundations for conducting any business. They are behaviors and best practices we should use every day while performing our jobs/roles. 

Organizational values are a great introduction and/or conclusion for any speech and written communication we make, because they add a strong "organizational identity" and credibility to what we say. When doing a presentation, we should make sure that everything we present shows a connection with one or more organizational value.

For reinforcing that behavior, we should always acknowledge, recognize people who have achieved something which particularly emphasizes and materializes our organization's values. On the other hand, we should coach those who don't live up to them.
