The Importance of Company's Social Responsibility



The TRIPLE BOTTOM LINE (TBL) is a framework with three parts: SOCIAL = PEOPLE; ENVIRONMENTAL = PLANET and  ECONOMIC = PROFIT.

In today's business world, companies are more demanded by their customers and employees to provide more than just high-quality products and services. To create greater business value, some organizations have adopted that TBL framework to evaluate their performance in a broader perspective .


Recent studies show some important changes regarding today's top talents choices, when they are looking for a new company to work for. Their choices are not only based on company's revenue. Most of them give high priority to company's values, beliefs and environmental strategy, which includes the social responsiblity practice.
