Humanizing our Workplace

When we humanize any situation or condition, we change and improve it in a way which makes it more pleasant for people.

Daily human acts should be introduced into our measures of success. Most of these human acts are very simple and we may already perform them with our family and friends, but we also need to take them to our workplace.
