LEADER vs BOSS

Bosses and leaders have similar definitions, however, in reality they are different. A leader can be a boss, but not every boss can be or is a leader.

Being a leader requires much more skills, talent and responsibility than being a boss. A boss is mostly only concerned with outcomes, while a leader to reach or exceed outcomes, feels responsible for the process and individuals who are part of the process an the ones who are impacted by these outcomes.
