Coaching Tip - How to help others to succeed!

To HELP OTHERS SUCCEED, here are a few simple and effective tips on how to get connected and deliver a more clear, effective, and  constructive feedback:

- LISTEN...listen..listen to make sure you understand where the person is coming from.The better we know someone, his/her concerns and expectations, the better our feedback to that person will be.
 
- PLAN the conversation. Make notes of your thoughts with specific examples, insights. Examples from others and our own experience will help.

- Last but not least... OFFER ASSISTANCE after the feedback was delivered. Become available to check progress if wanted and or needed.
